Die Lage könnte nicht komfortabler sein: Ihr Stellplatz befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft zu den Abflughallen. Das bedeutet für Sie maximale Zeitersparnis, da Sie die Terminals bequem und schnell zu Fuß erreichen können. Ein Shuttle-Transfer ist hier gar nicht erst nötig – Sie parken Ihr Auto und stehen quasi schon am Check-in.

- Zulässige Breite: Die Parkbuchten sind für Fahrzeuge mit einer Breite von bis zu 2,00 m ausgelegt.
- Fahrzeuglänge: Wir bieten Platz für Fahrzeuge bis zu einer Gesamtlänge von maximal 5,00 m.
- Lagevorteil: Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen benötigen Sie keinen Shuttle-Service und gelangen direkt zu Fuß zum Terminal.

I was never provided a QR code to check out. Multiple emails were sent to let me know that my reservation was ending but not one had a QR code. So trying to get out of the parking garage after 10 hours of travelling with a 1 year old, we got stuck and had to call for help. It was nearly 12am by the time we got out after a 5 minute call with a parking attendant. Thankfully I saved my first correspondence with the confirmation code. Other than this incredible inconvenience, my reservation was fine.

Usually, the original confirmation email with the booking reference or QR code remains the primary key for entering and exiting, but we agree that the checkout process should be seamless and clear from start to finish. Réservation 15 pour 15 jours. Problème de barrière ne souvrant pas à l'arrivée, Problème de barrière ne s'ouvrant pas à la sortie. Personnel de surveillance incompétant refusant la sortie voiture. dispute. Cela fait 2 fois que cela nous arrive dans ces parking. le QR code pose problème avec ces barrières. Nous ne réserverons plus jamais P2/P3

Bien que Parkos soit uniquement la plateforme de réservation en ligne et que la gestion technique des barrières ainsi que le personnel des parkings P2/P3 relèvent directement de la responsabilité de l'aéroport, nous prenons votre signalement très au sérieux. Les dysfonctionnements récurrents liés à la lecture des QR codes ne reflètent pas l'expérience fluide que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous remontons immédiatement cet incident technique et ce manque de professionnalisme à la direction du prestataire concerné afin que le système d'accès soit vérifié au plus vite.
